Why is there a start-up fee, Martyn?
The set-up fee is for the various stages of setting up your QR Code, Autoresponder, emails, Voucher offer, Graphics for various pages online, Facebook and coupon file generation, the programming necessary to get it up and running and your starter pack.
The monthly fee is for the maintenance of your account which involves the List Management system, programming the autoresponder, helping you to keep in touch with your customers correctly (more specialised than you may think … this is where the profit is for all businesses) and maintaining it all to keep it running faultlessly.
Why is it only £190.00 per month while some companies are charging much more for similar?
As far as I’m aware, nobody is offering this exact system but, yes, one well known company charge over £1000.00 just for generating the QR Code itself but Viva! QR have always helped local business with all things Internet and marketing and so continue to do so by pricing it at the most cost effective point to those who understand the power of Viva! QR Code Voucher system.
Is the monthly fee honest value for money?
The price to advertise in the local newspaper is several hundred pounds for a full page for ONE evening. Then, after your ad has gone out, you don’t know whether it is working for you or not.
The QR Code system is just £190.00 per month and is totally measureable and can be monitored at every stage. If it’s not working, we can see immediately which part needs attention.

Do you help get our QR code out there?
One of the most important things is to show your QR code to as many people as possible. A restaurant, for example, could have one on every menu, point of sale and on the doors and windows of the premises. However, placing it in your everyday advertising can help considerably. There’s no need to alter your current ad too much, simply place the code and offer details somewhere on your existing artwork. The top right works best, we’ve found.
To get you started, we place your code in Viva! Poole Magazine which goes out to thousands of local addresses and is online. This is all included in your QR Code package.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Support is via email 24/7 or via telephone during office hours. All Viva! QR Codes are monitored daily and our engineer or programmers are available to maintain the system to ensure consistent uptime.
What about customers who are having problems scanning the QR Code?
They simply need to send a blank email with ‘Voucher’ in the subject to: GetMyVoucher@Your BusinessName.co.uk (whatever address we set up for you) and they will be on your database and can get your offer voucher. They never need to scan the code again/at all after that.
Aren’t some people fed up with receiving emails like spam or junkmail?
Viva! QR only uses ‘opt-in’ emails, in other words, the potential/repeat customer MUST request that they want to receive messages from you. They do this when they click the link in the first email that they receive after scanning your QR Code.
We have a system in place called ‘List Management’ where your emails are formatted correctly, titled to get opended and have over ten years experience with email list building and list management. Some people do receive hundreds of emails that are just sell, sell, sell and, to be honest, they just probably bin them right away.
Our emails are designed to be of interest and to benefit the reader so that people look forward to receiving them and always open and read them.
Remember, they scanned your code because they were interested in your business niche, so you have people on your list who WANT your emails and, therefore, your emails are not spam (which is illegal) or junk.
Finally, emails are also posted to their Facebook pages too (remember they ‘Liked’ your pages and therefore all future posts will be sent to them). People DO read their Facebook messages and so this makes the Viva! QR system perfect at reaching all your subscribers.
Basically, you’ve got double the chance of people reading your mailings … you are building TWO databases, one on the email listings database and the other on your Facebook profile.
